Elevate: New Beginnings Holloways Beach

This project involved the full restoration and upgrade of a flood-affected home at Holloways Beach. Our team managed the complete rebuild, addressing extensive water damage while delivering modernised finishes and improved functionality throughout the house.

Works included stripping out and repairing structural and internal damage, installing new flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures, and upgrading electrical and plumbing systems to current standards. Careful attention was given to durability and resilience, ensuring the home is better equipped to withstand future weather events.

The result is a fully restored and upgraded residence that not only returned the property to pre-flood condition but significantly upgraded its finished, and increased its comfort, safety, and value.
