This completed 198 sqm, 4-bedroom home was purposefully designed and built to provide a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A standout feature is the private outdoor bath off the main bedroom, offering a luxurious, resort-style retreat. The 58 Tiny Home Project was built to provide a cost-effective first home solution while maximising government grants and future flexibility. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom dwelling delivers 58m² of compact yet functional living, with smart storage, a modern open-plan layout, and compliance with NCC Livable Housing Standards.

The build not only established essential block amenities but also created a high-quality asset that adds long-term value. Designed for versatility, the home offers immediate liveability for the owner, while also serving as a potential rental or Airbnb retreat until the client is ready to expand and build their dream home.

This project involved the full restoration and upgrade of a flood-affected home at Holloways Beach. Our team managed the complete rebuild, addressing extensive water damage while delivering modernised finishes and improved functionality throughout the house.
